CHARIS ACE CENTRE
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall management and daily operations of Charis ACE Centre
- Identify, develop and implement services for well-being of seniors in the community
- Coordinate and collaborate with other related agencies that are serving the seniors.
- Develop a framework for the linking up of a step-down elderly care community resource
Pre-requisites
- Minimum of 7 years experience in the social/health or allied health sector
- Qualifications in nursing, gerontology, social work or counselling
- Experience in working with seniors, implementing and coordinating Programmes
- Relevant experience in case management services would be preferable
- Ability to speak Chinese dialects would be an advantage
D'JOY CHILDREN'S CENTRE
Key responsibilities
- Over see the operation of the child care and student care centre in accordance with the Centre objectives and Government requirements
- Ensure quality of the programmes
- Set service standards, operation guidelines and performance indicators for service and staff
- Monitor and evaluate service standards and performances
- Monitor and be responsible for the centres assigned to the incumbent
- Work cohesively with Centre Governance Committee, MWS HQ, and all relevant organisations in programme planning, implementation and evaluation
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/Degree in ECCE
- 3 years teaching experience + 2 years min. in a supervisory position
- Prior supervisory experience in a childcare/kindergarten settings an advantage
CHRISTALITE METHODIST HOME
Key responsibilities
- Overall responsible for all operations in the home
- Ensure the safe custody of the residents in the home
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/degree with relevant experience
- Familiar with the provisions of the Destitute Person Act and the Destitute Person (Welfare Home) rules
METHODIST WELFARE SERVICES HQ
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation of month-end closing and payroll reconciliation for local and foreign staff
- Ensure all monthly or adhoc payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system
- Ensure prompt statutory submissions and payments and annual tax filing for the Company including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A
- Ensure prompt and accurate processing of government claims like NS Makeup claims, childcare leave, maternity benefits, etc
- Main Liaison Officer for Payroll Audit with internal and external auditors
- Ensure all payments made are in compliance with company policies
Pre-requisites
- Min. 5 years relevant experience processing payroll using any payroll software package
- Highly meticulous, experienced working in a mid-size organisation with foreign workers
- Diploma in HR or related qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the volunteers, covering the areas of volunteer recruitment, training, supervision, retention and recognition
- Implement a framework and system for storing and maintaining a volunteer database
- Maintain close relations with relevant agencies and authorities
- Develop a Manual and SOPs for volunteer management
- Implement, collate, analyse and prepare statistics for annual report publication and quarterly submission
Pre-requisites
- Min Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in volunteer management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications and possess data management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects in English using creative and cognitive teaching techniques
- Curriculum planning and design in line with MOE learning systems and syllabus
- Communicate and work closely with parents for child development and engagement
- Support and collaborate with teacher teams to enhance programmes and development
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 5 GCE ‘O’ levels (with at least a B4 in English)
- CPT/DPT/DPTL trained and/or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Other recognised qualifications by MCYS will be considered favourably
- Have a passion for teaching children

Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement community partnership programmes and initiatives
- Design volunteer programmes and activities
- Develop and promote donor opportunities
- Assist to develop, implement and maintain the volunteer management and donor management systems
- Coordinate activities and events for residents
Pre-requisites
- At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree and/or possess equivalent relevant experience and qualifications
- Event management experience an advantage
- Possess excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

Key responsibilities
- The incumbent to work with Department Head in researching and identifying community needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Understand the needs of communities through the use of various research methods and propose programmes to address or alleviate the needs
- Prepare sound concept/proposal paper complete with supporting evidence
- Assist Head of Department (HOD) to identify and implement appropriate programme outcome and evaluation methods for new and current services/programmes
- Compile programme reports for management reviews

- Degree in psychology/sociology
- 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of programme planning and development

BETHANY METHODIST NURSING HOME
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate, monitor and analyse rehabilitation needs of clients and residents
- Plan, implement and supervise the rehabilitation services in the Home
- Formulate policies and establish SOPs for efficient rehabilitation service operation
- Ensure practice and full compliance to therapy requirements and regulations
Pre-requisites
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy by MOH
- Foreign applicants whom have passed QEs are preferred
- Min 2 years experience in relevant fields of eldercare in dialect speaking environment
- Conversant in dialects and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality counselling and casework services to individuals and families in need
- Assess and maintain clear records of cases for consistent follow-up and support to clients
- Provide appropriate information and referral services to clients
- Identify, explore and develop programmes according to assessed needs
- Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate designated programmes
- Support and train other team members in casework and programme management
- Sustain, motivate and identify training needs of volunteers and junior staff in the designated programmes
Pre-requisites
- Minimum Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- At least 2 years relevant experience in direct casework and counseling
- Good track record in organising and implementing family programmes
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

RESIDENCE @ ST. GEORGES
Key responsibilities
- Support the residents to meet their physical, emotional, psychological, cognitive and spiritual needs
- Provide residential care for the residents and ensure the well-being of the residents at all times
- Design, implement and evaluate programmes for residents
- Undertake basic administrative duties and reporting duties and ensure that services are planned and conducted within the guidelines of professional standards and ethics
- Assist Head of the hostel in reviewing all admissions, discharges and disciplinary cases
Pre-requisites
- Minimum Diploma in social work/psychology/counselling
- Able to work with female at-risk young adults
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts
